After your order has been placed please allow 48-72 business hrs (excludes holidays) for your order to be fulfilled and sent out.
• Orders are sent out Monday- Saturday.
• Orders placed after 3pm on Saturday and on Sunday will be sent out the following Monday.
(*ALL PREORDER ITEMS, PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE FULFILLED AND 3-5 WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. PRE-ORDER ITEM DELIVERY TIMES VARY)
You will then be sent a tracking number via email.

- SB Beauty Vault is not responsible for your package once it has been sent out, please contact USPS or your international carrier with concerns regarding your package.
If there is an issue with your order you will need to contact us within 48 hours at whiplashedbysb@gmail.com
Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and in original packaging for sanitary purposes. NO opened products will be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that show up "delivered" according to USPS or DHL will not be re-shipped. We are not liable for lost packages once they leave our facility.

We have a strict No Refund & No Return Policy. All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns because we cannot restock any returned items due to sanitation reasons.
• Refunds: We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivered.
